YANGON, 17 December 2025 – The Philippine Embassy in Yangon conducted a site visit to the dry port of the Resources Group Logistics (RGL), a Myanmar-based logistics company. The RGL group was led by Managing Director Ms. Aye Nyein Thu, together with CEO Captain Aung Khin Myint, COO Pe Maung Chit, and other members of RGL’s Business Development Team.
During the visit, RGL presented an overview of the company’s background as a logistics company that operates dry ports and provides integrated logistics services established in 2018. RGL functions as a logistics hub supporting both domestic and international trade between key industrial zones in Myanmar.
The briefing highlighted key infrastructure projects, including major road networks linking Yangon to Mandalay and coastal areas, dry port and container logistics operations near the seaport. The company also underscored the role of critical road infrastructure in maintaining connectivity.
The Philippine Embassy, led by Chargé d’Affaires, a,i., Mr. Angelito A. Nayan, reaffirmed its commitment to sustained engagement with the business community in Myanmar. END
